Base Fee:  This is the fee charged per payroll run. This fee is the same for up to 3 employees and/or checks paid per pay period.

Additional Employee Fee:  This is the additional fee charged for each employee paid per pay period that exceeds 3 total employees and/or checks.

Direct Deposit Fee (optional):  This is the per-paycheck fee charged per employee that you elect to be paid via direct deposit. You have the option (but are not required) to offer direct deposit to any or all of your employees.

Year-End W-2's:  This fee includes the cost of postage/mailing directly to each employee by the end of January of each year.

Mailing and/or Delivery Charges:  There is no charge for mailing, e-mailing, or faxing payroll and/or payroll reports to any one location.

New Hire Reporting:  Is a mandatory reporting requirement in New York, as well as in many other states.
